Generally, when alarms are triggered the control room will attempt to make contact with the people listed on the client’s contact list in order of priority to confirm a course of action, which may be dispatching of patrols or emergency services. If there is no response from personnel on the client’s contact list, then patrols or emergency services can be dispatched if this is the client’s preference. This is most beneficial when a client is on holidays or unreachable, giving client’s peace of mind that their premises are always monitored.
